Firefox 8在今天凌晨的時候正式在官方網站發佈了！在Firefox 7的時候因為大幅更新引擎，所以讓火狐的速度有了非常明顯的提昇，效能也變得更好，而到了Firefox 8，Mozilla團隊著重在一些細節上繼續優化瀏覽器的執行效能。

除了針對新網路技術的支援、BUG修復以及基本效能優化外，在Firefox 8的更新中有幾個值得注意的地方，首先是現在Firefox會幫妳自動擋住其他軟體想要直接安裝到你瀏覽器中的套件，常常這些套件就是拖慢你速度的元兇。

但更重要的功能則是要「讓你的Firefox瞬間啟動」，怎麼做到呢？Firefox 8提出來的方法就是，一啟動時只會載入當下那個分頁（以及釘選成應用程式的分頁），其他分頁要等你選擇時才會載入！之前Firefox 7時已經針對啟動速度做過優化，原本的方法是開啟瀏覽器後陸續自動載入其他分頁，但這樣的方法對有些用戶來說可能還不夠快，因此在Firefox 8中加入了新的作法。

不過，很多朋友在介紹Firefox 8新功能時，對這個「加快啟動速度（開啟時自訂回復分頁）」的新功能都語焉不詳，所以我覺得有必要單獨來好好介紹一下。

這個功能到底是什麼？首先，你直接升級後並不會開啟這個功能！

你必須到「選項」－「一般」頁面中，在「當Firefox啟動時」選擇【顯示上次瀏覽的視窗與分頁】，然後勾選「在選擇前不要載入分頁」，這樣設定後，你才能真正享受到Firefox 8開始的啟動加速功能。

以後當你打開Firefox，就會自動還原之前關閉時的所有分頁的「樣子」而已，但是！這時候其他分頁都不會先載入，只會「真的載入」你當下所在的分頁，以及放在最前端的釘選成應用程式分頁。

一直到你去點開其他分頁，才會載入這些分頁！如果你一直都不需要點開其他分頁來看，那麼它們就永遠不會載入。

而這個方法確實能夠讓你瞬間開啟瀏覽器，大家要記得先做好設定，然後才能真的體驗到新功能的好處喔！

「京」在今年6月已取得世界超級電腦TOP500第一名的成績，當時最高運算效能為8.162PFLOPS，現在更進一步通過LINPACK效能測試，成為世界首部運算效能超過10PFLOPS的超級電腦。日本獨立行政法人理化學研究所與富士通共同宣布，由日本政府支援合作研發的超級電腦「京」已通過LINPACK效能測試，成為世界第一部運算效能超過10PFLOPS的京速超級電腦。「京」在今年6月已取得世界超級電腦TOP500第一名的成績，當時最高運算效能為8.162PFLOPS，而目前更加進化的「京」是由8萬8128個CPU與864個2公尺高機箱組成，理論運算效能11.28 PFLOPS，LINPACK效能測試最高運算效能為10.51 PFLOPS，實際執行效率93.2%，連續運作無故障紀錄為29小時28分，證明京在高速運算下仍能保持系統穩定。理研表示，京的模擬精度與計算速度對各種計算科學領域的相關研發均有極大助益，例如生命科學與醫療研發、新物質與新能源研發、地質與氣象變動模擬預測、次世代高科技研發等。日本政府已提撥超過1100億日圓研發「京」，後續研發項目預定為系統分割穩定度測試、軟體相容性測試等，最快在2012年11月就可提供日本國內各研究單位使用。目前規劃的使用方式分為免費與付費兩種，前者必須公開研究成果，後者則可自由選擇公開與否。

fuser可以顯示出當前哪個程序在使用磁盤上的某個文件、掛載點、甚至網路端口，並給出程序進程的詳細訊息。

假設無法卸載的設備為/media/USB，運行下列命令即可：
$ fuser -m -v /media/USB/
用戶進程號權限命令
/media/BAK/: galeki 335 ..c.. gqview

-m 參數顯示所有使用指定文件系統的進程，後面可以跟掛載點，或是dev設備( Thanks lisir :)，-v參數給出詳細的輸出，可以看出，原來是gqview這個程序還在霸占著移動設備，fuser還給出了程序的進程號，知道了進程號，你就可以隨便怎麼處置這個程序了。

另外你也可以添加一個-k參數：
fuser -m -k /media/USB/

這招自動把霸佔著/media/USB/的程序殺死。如果你不是很明確是否要殺死所有霸佔設備的程序，你還可以加一個-i參數，這樣每殺死一個程序前，都會詢問：
$ fuser -m -v -i -k /media/BAK/

使用sysbench測試MySQL最大並發連接，出現上面的錯誤。原因是操作系統對一個進程打開的文件句柄數量有限制，其中包含打開的SOCKET數量。

最左側是用戶名，即對gulei用戶進程打開文件的限制。
這樣設置以後，如果是用ssh登錄的，可能還無法生效。需要再執行一下su $USER才能生效。
